If you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order is made, it is very important that you notify us as soon as possible. Once your package is dispatched, we will not be able to modify the shipping information.

You can only change the product if it was damaged when you received it or want to change sizes.
In either case, it is imperative that products subject to change are in perfect conditions with no signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to make the exchange. It is your responsibility to provide proper packaging to ensure that items arrive back in perfect conditions. If you have difficulty finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which your order was received.
The initial cost of shipping is not refundable. Costs associated with exchanges are the customers responsibility. This includes sending us the items back and the new shipping cost of the exchanged item.

If you did not receive your order in perfect conditions, please contact us immediately.
Once the return is approved and a confirmation email is sent, you will receive your refund the same way you made your purchase. It may take up to 10 business days before you see the money back in your account.
